Before launching the outlook we are gracefully killing if application is running in foreground or background it with the Process Id, after that we are facing the issue of " Another program is using Outlook. Its could be easier. But, if you prefer to close the Outlook app, you can send a few commands in the cmd. I do not have any sync applications running. I have noticed that Windows Mail winmail. It disappears at around the same time as Outlook. I don't use Windows Mail, and it is not present as a startup entry, so I don't know why it's present when I log in.
