Before launching the outlook we are gracefully killing if application is running in foreground or background it with the Process Id, after that we are facing the issue of " Another program is using Outlook. To disconnect programs and exit Outlook click the Outlook icon and then click Exit", this happens in the run time resource VM.

If the issue occurs we have to login to the VM "manually" and close the Outlook application from Task Manager , if in case if we are closing Outlook from Task manager the Process is getting "Terminated". Its could be easier. But, if you prefer to close the Outlook app, you can send a few commands in the cmd. While it's not particularly annoying, it worries me that some software on my computer is accessing my Outlook account without my knowledge or permission. I do not have any sync applications running. I have noticed that Windows Mail winmail. It disappears at around the same time as Outlook. I don't use Windows Mail, and it is not present as a startup entry, so I don't know why it's present when I log in.
